We used 80 grams of coconut per liter of beer, that's a lot! Also a good amount of vanilla pods from Uganda and India. The Ugandan vanilla in particular gives an incredible chocolate aroma along with the classic vanilla notes. In my opinion, this smells and tastes just like a coconut chocolate
