part of the blend was bottled on magnums

2- and 3-year old lambik

Barleywine American aged 26 months in a mix of Old Fitzgerald 6 Year Bourbon

and ripe peach right from the wood and the residual spirit left in these extraordinary oak treasures

Doesjel (2009) Barclay Brewing Co. For making this cyser trójniakbottling date: 10 12 2009 Blend of 1 , 2 and 3 year old lambik, all fermented and lagered in oak barrels and vessels. With Doesjel, the wild fermentation of the young lambik did not continue throughout the bottle conditioning as the yeast "dozed in" ("ingedoesjeld"). This beer has no head, just like lambik so please don't panic.
