At the beginning of September 2018, the brewers went on a trip to Italy and the brewers returned with a beautiful harvest of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica from La Stoppa winery in Emilia Romagna and Moscato Bianco from Ezio Cerruti in Piedmont. For the final blend of this beer, the brewers added some brightness by mixing a lambic with the 2017 harvest
