The lambics were brewed at 3 Fonteinen (43%), Lindemans (43%) and De Troch (14%). More than half of the blend consists of lambics that are two to over five years old, raising the weighted average to over 34 months at the time of bottling, and over 56 months at the time of release. All grains we brewed are sourced from
