For this single cask, the molasses was fermented for 3 weeks using indigenous yeasts. It was then distilled in one of the distillery's double retort Caribbean pot stills. Aging in bourbon casks took place in a tropical climate for 18 years, then in a continental climate for 19 years. A total of 4 casks and 72% angel's share led to this unique cask, bottled in 444
